I know you started your journey as a mother wanting to be a super mum that was perfect, but do you know what......
It's ok to not be a perfect mum.
It's ok, to not to be ok (sometimes a good cry can help)
It's ok to feel overwhelmed by it all.
Its ok to leave the toys all over the floor and not put them away before bed.
It's ok to leave the housework for another day.
It's ok to stay in your pyjamas all day.
It's ok to stick the kids in front of the tv to get five minutes peace or a hot cup of tea.
It's ok to bottle feed your baby.
It's ok to give your baby jars of baby food (and not make your own).
It's ok to ignore the advice of others (it's your parenting journey not theirs).
It's ok to hide in the kitchen eating chocolate so your kids can't see.
And most importantly, it's ok to take time out for yourself.
